2. Photos
   Include clear photos of the area where you’d like your piece displayed.
3. Color Palette
   Let us know your color preferences:

• Do you prefer a warm or cool palette?
• Are there any specific colors you’d like to incorporate?

4. Material Inspiration
   Choose your natural design source:

• Birchbark
• Hosta Leaves

5. In-Home Consultation
   Available upon request. Consultation fees vary — charges TBD.

To Begin Your Project
Once a quote has been provided, the following are needed to move forward:

• A signed agreement confirming the design scope and pricing.
• A 50% deposit to begin the creation process.

Design Changes
If adjustments are made after approval — whether to the design or installation — a 20% modification fee will apply. This helps honor the time and materials invested in your custom piece.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation fees are determined by location and will be confirmed once details are finalized.

Shipping & Packaging
All shipping, packaging, and material costs are the responsibility of the client. Every effort is made to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully.
